Bio
I graduated from Virginia Tech in 2014 with a degree in computer science, with focuses on software engineering, game theory, and algorithmic artificial intelligence. From there I spent eight years as a software engineer — first at Microsoft, then at Oracle.
After leaving engineering, I founded Ungambled, a sports betting hedge fund.
The Project
I love reading these books and learning about how reality actually works. I believe wholeheartedly in the information I'm teaching — not as theory, but as a genuine operating system for navigating risk, building wealth, and thinking more clearly.
The honest origin of this project: I couldn't get anyone in my life to read these books. Not for lack of trying. The people around me would derive enormous benefits from this material, and I couldn't get them past the first chapter. So I built the next best thing — structured, short-form video courses that deliver the same ideas without requiring anyone to sit down with 500 pages.
